Our core business is represented by the production and the machining of mechanical pieces of medium and large size, according to customer’s drawings and samples. We offer fast prototyping and custom- made solutions for the manufacture of complex particulars relating to production lines and industrial machinery. Single pieces and small production lots are our peculiarity.

We are specialized in the following manufacturing : LATHING, THREADING, BORING, MILLING ( vertical and displayed frontal), MASKING; supported by an efficient WELDING department.

We satisfy any specific request, also providing the raw material and a series of extra treatments (made by external contractors) such as CHROMIUM PLATING and GRINDING, INDUCTION HARDENING, CHEMICAL TREATMENTS (case hardening and gas nitriding), HEAT TREATMENTS ( quenching & tempering, annealing & stress relieving), DECORATIVE AND FUNCTIONAL COATINGS ( browning, galvanizing, anodizing, teflon and nikel plating).

Our services include PROJECT ANALYSIS , ESTIMATES, CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE ( before, during and after the supply) and EXTREMELY RAPID DELIVERY TIMES.
